River Mount (aka Gordo) is a friendly chestnut gelding with a big white stripe. This 7 year old stands about 16hh, and has hunter type conformation. Gordo hasn't raced since last yar, and his trainer says that he is sound on an old suspensory injury. Trainer has had Gordo since he was only one year old, and she describes him as a sweetheart who loves attention. In fact, Gordo does have a habit of pawing when he wants attention or food. Gordo is well behaved in turn-out but he is passive and is liable to be picked on by a more aggressive horse.
